Hello -
I had to chime in here. I am currently doing Method 1 @ ProjectPayday (Method 1 is where you are the one accepting offers and free trials, etc.). Once you "go green" on 5 sites, you can start making the real money (when you are the one paying $30 to your referrals for accepting offers and going green on your sites, which newbies are automatically assigned to - everyone gets their turn).
This is NOT a scam. It is some work initially, and the waiting for some offers to credit can be tedious. I started doing this exactly a week ago and I have "gone green" on 4 sites so my 5th one should be finished soon. Since I have made $50 for the training site, which is the first one you complete, and $30 for each other site I've completed, that means I've earned $140. And yes, it does show up in Paypal as soon as your mentor (the person you're assigned to as a newbie) gets online and reads their email and sees that you've done it. Yes, some people are not active on the weekends, and you have to wait for your payment - not really a big deal.
As far as credit charges, it's the subscribers responsibility to read the Terms of Service or fine print when they sign up. I keep a PDF of all of that, and my receipts for each offer. I also put a reminder on my Yahoo calendar to cancel whatever offers I don't wish to keep. This is all explained when you sign up, if you read the short tutorials and/or watch the extremely helpful videos. It is not a get-rich-quick scheme, nor will you ever get "rich" - as they mention numerous times throughout the site that this is meant only to be realistic extra income. It does take a little money to get going, and you do have to have a credit card and Paypal to do it. But in my case I am breaking even and/or earning money. Method 1 is tedious and it is a bit of work - but it's all to experience how the sites are completed so that you can move on to the *real* money, in Method 2. After all, you can't help your referrals go green if you don't know how it works. There are more levels than 1 and 2 but I haven't gotten there yet. It's win-win, everyone gets paid.
Just read, pay attention, stay on top of the offers you accept, and you will be fine. It's really quite easy. It's not FUN and it's not thousands of dollars in an hour, but it is NOT a scam. You can get through method one in 2 weeks if you work at it; I am already well on my way, and I have the Paypal payments to prove it.
I hope people will give it a shot if 1-3 hours per day sounds reasonable enough to them, because people can and do make a few thousand per month doing this in Method 2.

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so. We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are likewise prohibited from posting any false claims against any company or individual. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. If you cannot accept or agree with the terms of service for this website and discussion board, you are advised not to post on this board. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
