As a seller, you get no Paypal security at all whatsoever, unless you have prove of shipment. And even then, you might not be safe. A printed and stamped form for registered mail, as supplied by the post office, is NOT recognized by Paypal as a valid proof of shipment.
All the buyer has to do is file a "item not received" claim. When you have written proof, but not a tracking number that can be followed online, Paypal will simply refund, assuming are a fraudulent trader.
Buyer protection is great and Paypal will happily assist you when you want to ripp off someone.

I would love an alternative, but so far I have not found any information that makes me trust National Merchant. Only many questions from others wanting to know the same thing, but not a single useful answer. !?
Now with them being so active on the web, how is that possible? There should be plenty of users by now, right?
