I thank all of you who have gone on before me and listed all the crap that Mr Eric Levine of Dry Tech at 8920 Quartz Ave, Northridge, Ca 91324 (888)565-2285, has done and continues to do. To PLeskin a former employee, thank you for being honest and telling everyone what a scam artist this man is. It is heartbreaking that we are all seeking to find an Honest and Legitimate company to work with and all we seem to find are scams on the internet and filling our mail boxes. P Leskin was so right on that this man seems to seek out elderly individuals who are in desperate need of a little extra money and he preys on them. My 81 year old mother was sent this and she has never responded to any advertisements for work, so how did he get her name and address? The offer sounds great and she was ready to fax the order form to him with her credit card information, when I decided to check it out on the internet....AND LOW AND BEHOLD ALL OF YOU WERE HERE TO SAVE US FROM MAKING A HORRIBLE MISTAKE!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND THIS SITE, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!
Someone suggested contacting the Attorney Generals office for fraud and scams, I am wondering if anyone is in Los Angeles, does the Los Angeles Attorneys Office handle this type of scam? They are presently helping us sue a contractor who came into our house, overchaged us, did crappy work on every single aspect of the job from day one when he laid new carpeting over 25 year old deteriorated padding....even though we paid for new padding. Sorry I digress...
Everyone MUST complain, take the time to do it. If you don't these guys will continue. Elderly people are less likely to cause a stink, so I think that is why they focus on them. PLEASE EVERYONE, IF YOU DECIDED TO "BUY INTO ANY PLAN OR OPPORTUNITY" ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS, USE YOUR CREDIT CARD, NOT CHECK NOT MONEY ORDER. YOU CAN WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, PRESENT YOUR CASE AS TO HOW AND WHY YOU WERE DEFRAUDED BY THIS COMPANY AND THEY WILL CHECK IT OUT AND REVERSE THE CHARGES FOR YOU!!!! UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE HAD TO DO THIS MORE THAN ONCE AND IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!
IF IT WASN'T ILLEGAL IT WOULD BE GREAT TO SPRAY PAINT THE FRONT OF HIS HOUSE WITH WORDS, LIKE FRAUD, SCUM AND A FEW OTHERS! BUT WE ARE ALL LAW ABIDING CITIZENS AND THEREFORE WE MUST JUST KEEP COMPLAINING TO THE POWERS THAT BE!
