Its amazing the emotions this system evokes. I'll take it that you didn't really mean to call me a scammer, beings the FTC, FBI, and the SEC has not come and closed down a very legitimate company such as United First Financial, even after 4 1/2 years of supposedly ripping people off.
I NEVER said only people with the MMA can get and use a HELOC, that would be your assumption. It does just happen that many people never learned about having a HELOC and we teach them the advantages and HOW to utilize it best.
They can utilize the MMA technology with or without a HELOC or even a credit card, just so you're up to date about what we can and can not do.
>> Second....MMA IS additional payments, just funneling the payments

I NEVER said the MMA doesn't use additional payments, its just isolating payments and applying them at a strategic time.
What I do understand better than the DIYers is that life gets in the way and human nature typically lacks the discipline to stay on a program for its duration.
AND, as the DIY crowd so often states, simply add whatever you have left over at the end of the month and apply THAT to your mortgage, I've NEVER found anyone who does that, period. ALSO, no one getting an extra paycheck on the bi-weekly plan says "Oh, look honey, we got an extra paycheck, let's put it all towards our mortgage."
Your scenario is still in the realm of pure * THEORETICAL * and has NO proof to back up its results. On the other hand, tens of thousands of people have paid the $3,500, been extremely satisfied with the results, have had a great ROI, and reaped the benefits of utilizing the MMA system.
>> Third....survey 100 people to see if they missed additional
>> payments....anyone on "the system" can miss a payment just like
>> someone doing it on their own.
>> So the obvious conclusion to our findings is....you don't know what
>> you are talking about.
And another thing, yes anyone can miss a payment on ANY system including the MMA. But unlike the DIY crowd, our system will continue to help get them back on track and adapt to their situation day by day, week after week, and month in and month out.
Have you not known anyone to buy a gym membership and quit within a few weeks? They plan on you NOT coming to the gym and over sell the membership many times over. That's what United First Financial has learned about human behavior that the DIY guys can't seem to grasp. That's MY conclusion!
And I've concluded you haven't read the forum rules before posting, i.e., you don't get to promote a company, product, or bizopp in your post and then link to it. When your post is unrelated to your business, your link will be allowed.

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
