First, it does invoke emotions when agents with no fiancial education or know- how whatsoever lie (by intent or not) to people to make a $3500 sale. And no, the FTC and company haven't shut down the UFF, because they skate the legal edge in their claims and let their "independent" agents cross the legal line into blatant lying, cheating, and stealing.

Second, those agencies don't need to bring down the UFF. The market is doing that for us. Sales are down to a tiny fraction of what they were before. You guys have shat all over the internet and been proven wrong time after time by honest people with at least a tiny bit of financial know-how.

>> I NEVER said only people with the MMA can get and use a HELOC, that

And utilizing it best is not using it to prepay their mortgage (espeically paying $3500 to do so when you can already do it for free), unless the HELOC rate is lower than the mortgage rate (and substantially for that matter), which only happens sometimes (and was not the case in the early UFF years).

>> They can utilize the MMA technology with or without a HELOC or even a
>> credit card, just so you're up to date about what we can and can not do.

I know exactly what you can do. A lot of smke and mirrors to make prepayments look like they are going further, which they really aren't.

Did you know that changing the "timing" of prepayments makes little difference? If you ran the numbers, you'd find that out. Now if you funnel them through a higher rate loan, the timing matters...things can get worse than prepayments.

Just like life could get in the way of MMA software. So what?

We'll I did it over the course of 6 years and paid off my house. I know about a dozen people that do that as well in real life, and have met countless online that claimed they did the same thing. Maybe you should hand out with more intelligent people? Who knows.

>> Your scenario is still in the realm of pure * THEORETICAL * and has NO
>> proof to back up its results.

??? Are you nuts? We've proved that simple full prepayments destroy the performance of the $3500 anchored MMA. We've run HUNDREDS of scenarios. MMA always loses. End of story.

>> On the other hand, tens of thousands of
>> people have paid the $3,500, been extremely satisfied with the results,
>> have had a great ROI, and reaped the benefits of utilizing the MMA system.

Well, more and more people are asking for refunds. We're working with a few more currently. Of course, the UFF refuses the refund even though their system was instructing users to make withdrawls from their checking accounts (read: not HELOC) that would take the balance negative and give them a world of hurt. The UFF is truly a dispicable company.

The DIY crowd can't get back on trackif they miss an extra payment? Why not? Writing a check is easy, and the math is easier.

>> Have you not known anyone to buy a gym membership and quit within a

Now how about a better analogy. There are two gyms side by side. One's free. One's $3500. The $3500 one has about 5% LESS equipment, and the guys selling memberships are lying to you, saying there is FAR more equipment present. The free one has 5% more equipment, and you can use it however you want. Both have signs showing which equipment to use to do what. Both guarantee performance if you follow the steps. Neither guarantee anythign if you don't.

Hmmmm, $3500 for less or free for more?

Yes, we have established you really don't know what you are talking about.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so.  We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
