Herbalife has to give the FTC an audited report of its income, the number of sales associates, etc, etc, since it's listed on the stock exchange. That pretty well tells everything.

So for the US there are 63,726 "sales leaders" and 181,400 former "sales leaders" who didn't meet the standards to requalify for 2009. Net income for Herbalife worldwide is around $203 million dollars. The money paid to North American distributors is in the range of $403,000
So... North America has 245,126 people trying to sell Herbalife to everyone else. The total income was $403,000 which was distributed to the 245,126 people. My calculator says that's an average of $2.00 sales to everyone (which really means there were a few earning in the 50,000=100,000 area with huge downlines, most selling nothing.
Like I said... nothing to argue about. They may not be that blunt in sales meetings but they're that blunt in the quarterly fiancial reports. All you have to do is look them up. I notice worldwide sales drooped last year.
