For those of you who feel you were burned and or scammed, I can only say this as my experience. The program that Ray laid out didn't work for me because of my own innability to administratively and financially follow through with it. I will say one thing that I think was misleading, and that was how corporate credit establishment needs to be highly administrated and balance sheet substantiated! Maybe I missed that part? In any event, I did establish some corporate credit and it was working for me. I just couldn't keep up the financial basis for the company. You have to have a company generating some income in order to keep it moving. I thought the corporate credit was something that could be done without investigative oversight by business operations--again, my bad! But all that I probably missed as a result of being overzealous in looking for the magic bullet as the panacea to my financial misgivings that landed me in that place. All that being said, with some education in the areas of corporations, I did learn a lot to help me understand more about business! It has helped me tremendously. Next time I will be better at it. So, I thank Ray for giving me a heads up. At the end of the day, we are all responsible for our own actions. We just need information and the rest is up to us. I think a lot of people forgot that. That's America though--always looking for the quick fix and magic pill/bullet! Again, I thank Ray, because now I am positioned to get back into business and know how to do it much better now. I never even knew how to do it before. Now I do!! I wish the best for Ray! I don't think he was a bad guy. It's just unfortunate that he solicited so many people that didn't have the ability to think for themselves. I have seen this over and over again. One of the latest was with another venture I entertained--StoresOnline, which promised people the ability to make money as the middle man between major manufacturers and consumers. Well, it works, but it takes a lot more than just plopping down the dough. A great many people failed at it. Again, I failed--temporarily, as I didn't do enough homework and later found out how much work and additional money was involved to administer the business. So, the bottom line is that mama was right. There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. I am glad for the StoresOnline experience, as it will lead to riches I can now pursue--knowing the requirements. It cost me a relationship--contributed to its demise, because of what I didn't know going in, how much work involved. Again, I was looking for the silver bullet and magic pill! It just don't work that way folks!! And that's why many people fall prey, because they don't head the warning signs--CAPITALISM, which means to capitalize on your opponents weakness or error. 7/11 does this well. You are to weak to wait and shop for things on time, so you pay a high price for convenience. We all get side tracked by 'FREE ENTERPRISE.' Nothing is free!! Focus on 'capitalism.' In closing, I do think one can be 'a capitalist with a conscious.'!! That's what I am and that's what I think Ray was--bringing this to light for most everyday folks. It's been proven and tested by the elite. It works. It just didn't work for most of us commoners, because we are not diligent like the elite. That's why they are elite/rich, not because of their intelligence, but because of their diligence!!!

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
