My name is Gerald Anderson, and I did not have a physical address for my business. It was a personal service and it all came from personal referrals - not commissioned sales. Yet, I am as certain that I have more legitimacy in my pinky than in all of RR's corporations.

I have been getting reports about RR and his fleet of scammers for years. I tried to avoid them as well as avoid the comparisons to them. I got more business from insuring that there was a clear distinction. (People tend to think that all professionals using NV corp's use them the same). As someone with a brick-and-mortar MBA (which includes almost 2 years of law school) I never could imagine what the thrill was in paying thousands for the privilege to borrow money. At least until one realizes that the sort of person that would pay this money is one already running from the credit police! And to believe that there was any bank on the planet that would not want a personal guarantee for a business loan/credit??? - talk about being credit knowledge-challenged!!!!!

The legalities of it all may be difficult to prove - but the authorities made up the reports that lead to an investigation to be opened and for charges to be brought????? Think again. Let's talk 'ducks'?

This PHIL guy is just another one of the plants that I (still!) frequently encountered. NV corps were only a small piece of my very-legit strategy. Several years ago I moved on, but it seems that RR and his henchmen are still up to the same old crap.
